Assessment Help
Everything you need to know about the online assessment — how booking works, what the dates mean, where to find your link, and how to fix the most common issues. If you still need help after reading this, there's a real inbox at the bottom of the page.
For most roles the assessment is a two-step process. First you reserve a time slot (your booking). Then, at the time you booked, you sit the assessment using the same link. These are two separate moments, and understanding that clears up almost every question below.
Once you begin, a timer runs continuously for the full duration and cannot be paused, so choose a slot when you can work uninterrupted on a laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection.
This is the most common point of confusion, and both dates are correct — they simply mean different things:
In short: reserve your preferred slot before the booking-close date. You then sit the assessment at the slot time you selected — which may be later than the booking-close date.
One important note: once the booking deadline passes, you can no longer reserve a slot, even if later session dates still appear in the portal. So book early, then take the assessment at your chosen time.
No. The booking deadline is only the last date to reserve your slot — not the date by which the assessment must be completed. After you book, you take the assessment at the date and time of the slot you selected, which may fall after the booking deadline.
You do not need to wait for a new link. You use the same link from your original invitation email for both booking and taking the assessment. No separate link is sent after you book.
We also send you reminders as your slot approaches — typically one hour before and again when it starts— so you won't miss it. You can also reach the assessment anytime by signing in and opening it from My Applications.
This is almost always caused by a browser extension injecting code into the page. Try, in order: reload the page; open the link in an incognito/private window; or temporarily disable your browser extensions (especially job-search or autofill extensions). Using a different browser also works.
The assessment is tied to the exact email address the invitation was sent to. Sign out, then sign back in with that email and reopen the link from your invitation email.
Always open the most recent invitation email — older links stop working once the hiring team sends an updated one. If your deadline has genuinely passed and you believe it's a mistake, contact us and we can help.
Check your spam and promotions folders and search for “ResuPulse”. If it still isn't there, reply to us and we'll resend it.
