Both dates are correct — they refer to two different things. The 'booking closes' date shown in your invitation email is the deadline to reserve your assessment slot, so you must complete your booking before that date. The dates shown inside the booking portal are the available session times you can choose to actually sit the assessment, and these can fall on or after the booking-close date. In other words, you reserve your slot before the booking-close date, then take the assessment at the time you selected, which may be later. One important note: once the booking deadline passes, you can no longer reserve a slot, even if later session dates still appear in the portal — so book early and then attend at your chosen time. No. The booking deadline is only the last date to reserve your slot — not the date by which the assessment must be finished. Once you have booked, the assessment is taken at the date and time of the slot you chose, which can be after the booking deadline. The only thing that must happen before the booking deadline is the booking itself; after that, your session runs at the time you selected.

No separate link is sent after you book. You use the same link from your original invitation email for both booking your slot and taking the assessment. As your slot approaches, we send reminders — typically one hour before and again when it starts — so you won't miss it. At your booked time, simply open that same link and you'll be taken directly into the assessment. You can also reach it anytime by signing in and opening it from My Applications on ResuPulse.
