Why this happens
Your assessment link is tied to the exact email address the invitation was sent to. If you're signed in to ResuPulse with a different email — or in a browser signed in to another account — the link can show "Access denied" or "This link is no longer valid."
How to fix it
- Open the assessment link from your invitation email again.
- When asked to sign in, use the same email address the invitation was sent to.
- You can sign in with Google or with email and password — both work, as long as it's the same email address.
- Once you're signed in, you'll be able to pick a slot and book your assessment.
If it still doesn't open
- Do a hard refresh: Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac).
- Open the link once in a private / incognito window.
- Make sure you're not signed in to a second Google account in the same browser — sign out of the others first.
